That is why we strongly encourage you to contact us before confirming your order if you have any doubts. Our team is available to advise you and ensure that you receive a product perfectly suited to your needs, helping you avoid the inconvenience of a return.
For standard products, you have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item.
Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to professional customers.
How to return an item?
- Contact us: Call us or send an email to our customer service team to inform us of your return.
- Prepare the parcel: Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in new condition.
- Ship your return: Send the parcel back at your own expense to the address provided by our team.
Once the parcel has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
