Halyards: essential ropes for maneuvering

They are essential for maneuvering your sails. Most often, you will need 3 halyards for your boat, one dedicated to each sail.
To make it easier to find your way around on board, we advise you to choose halyards of different colors. The colors we mostly have in stock are available for online purchase: red, beige, green or blue halyards.

Pre-stretched polyester

For better performance and greater comfort when maneuvering sails, halyards must have the lowest possible elongation.
While this criterion is essential for racing, it is much less important for pleasure boating.
Our halyards are made of pre-stretched polyester, precisely to limit their elongation and remain within perfectly acceptable values for enjoyable sailing.
This rope is also cheaper than one made with a more technical material.

Halyard chafe guard

To protect your ropes against chafe, at the sheaves or masthead, discover our Dyneema chafe guard. With excellent abrasion resistance, it will sustainably increase the longevity of your rope.

Halyards for racing

Do you enjoy sea competition and racing? You will need high-performance technical products, with very low elongation and better resistance.
