Tribal Dyneema/polyester halyard

Tribal sheet is a blend of Dyneema and polyester fibers, ensuring extreme lightness and a very pleasant and comfortable grip.
Hollow 16-strand braid, easy to splice.
Very low stretch thanks to the high-modulus polyethylene fiber.

Technical Product

Its appearance may surprise you, as it is truly very light and flexible, with a slightly "cottony" feel (like its "cousin" the cotton-feel sheet), but don't be fooled: of all lightweight sheets, it is the most abrasion resistant!
A single-braid halyard, it is primarily composed of HMPE fibers (high-modulus polyethylene, Dyneema fiber).

It is a hollow braid: splices are therefore very easy to make!
It is round, very comfortable to hold, and doesn't flatten out!

Use

This single-braid sheet combines ease of splicing, great handling comfort, and formidable technical efficiency.
This sheet is specially designed for light cruisers, sports catamarans, and dinghies.
Ideal as a spinnaker sheet, it is also very suitable for the mainsail or jib.

Available in diameters from 6 to 10 mm.

Diam 6mm: breaking strength 900kg for a metric weight of 12g

Diam 8mm: breaking strength 1600kg for a metric weight of 27g

Diam 10mm: breaking strength 2200kg for a metric weight of 42g
