Versatile resin friction ring

The design of this friction ring makes it a versatile product, intended for numerous applications.

Made of high-temperature technical resin, it can be used for static and dynamic applications.

Self-lubricating, it has a low coefficient of friction for a friction ring.

The resin is a material that is both robust and lightweight: 6 times lighter than steel.
It provides weight savings and user comfort that is very pleasant in many situations.
This ring is easily carried on a boat to repair damage at sea, in the trunk of a 4x4, or in a toolbox for tree care work.

Use

This friction ring must be used with a non-abrasive rope that has a low coefficient of friction. The best example is a Dyneema halyard or a textile fiber cable made of the same material.

For dynamic loads, this ring is suitable as long as there is little rope movement.
It is therefore an excellent compromise between the friction ring for static loads, and high-end models.
