Made of high-temperature technical resin, it can be used for static and dynamic applications.

Self-lubricating, its friction coefficient is low for a friction ring.

Resin is a material that is both robust and lightweight: 6 times lighter than steel.
This is a weight saving and a very pleasant ease of use in many situations.
This ring can be easily carried on a boat to repair damage at sea, in the trunk of a 4x4 or a toolbox for pruning work.

Use

This friction ring must be used with non-abrasive rope with a low friction coefficient. The best example is a Dyneema halyard or a textile fiber cable of the same material.

For dynamic loads, this ring is suitable as long as there is little rope movement.
It is therefore an excellent compromise between the friction ring for static loads, and high-end models.
