Polyester cruising sheet
Spun polyester sheet that gives it its cotton-like look and feel.
Construction: an outer braided cover made of 24-carrier spun polyester with a 3-strand parallel laid polyester core.
This sheet has low elongation at working load < 6%.
This "cotton feel" sheet is very supple, easy and pleasant to handle: the rope has a soft, cottony touch, just like a natural fiber rope.
Key features
Lightweight and pleasant to handle, it is ideal for spinnaker guys, as well as jibs or the mainsail.
It also offers good breaking strength and good grip in clutches.
This polyester sheet is ideal for cruising.
At Cousin Trestec, it is called the "Pacific".
Available in standard diameters from 6 to 16 mm.
