We specify that rope remains primarily a decorative solution that defines a space and prevents a feeling of emptiness. For true fall protection, a safety net railing remains the appropriate solution.

Indoor and outdoor use

You can install your rope railing both indoors and outdoors.

Indoors, they are often found on stairwells or around a mezzanine.

Outdoors, they can decorate the perimeter of a terrace, a suspended wooden or metal terrace staircase, or a balcony.
Some ropes, like polyester or hemp imitation rope, offer good resistance to UV and rain. Being rot-proof, they will last a long time even in bad weather.

A wide choice of ropes

Rope comes in many materials and manufacturing methods. Several diameters and colors are available to achieve the desired look.

From a very smooth polyester braid to a thick twisted hemp rope.
We can make your railing in any material: polyester, polyamide, natural hemp, imitation hemp...

Different diameters and colors are also possible.
Most often, we recommend a rope with a diameter of 8 or 10mm.

Rope fastening

After choosing the rope, the question of fastening arises.
How to easily and best attach your railing rope?

Here too, our workshop adapts to all desires and possibilities.

We create a splice for you, which is a very robust loop that facilitates attachment, at one end.
We can also do a whipping, or prepare other fastening systems.
By studying your project, we advise you on the different technical choices and suitable fastening accessories.
