Traction progressive et sécurisée
A dynamic sling designed for recovery in difficult terrain
Megatrack® 40 is a dynamic traction sling specially designed for recovering vehicles stuck in demanding environments: sand, mud, technical tracks, forest areas or construction sites.
Unlike conventional towing with a rigid cable or chain, the rope stretches to absorb energy and then gradually releases it to the stuck vehicle.
This energy return increases recovery efficiency while limiting stress on anchor points and vehicle structures.
This technology offers several advantages:
- more progressive traction
- reduced mechanical jolts
- equipment protection
- increased efficiency in recovering a bogged-down vehicle
Traction sling for off-road trucks and intervention vehicles
With its 16-ton traction capacity, this version of Megatrack® is particularly suitable for professional vehicles facing difficult conditions.
Thanks to its resistance to harsh environments, it is a reliable and durable piece of equipment, offering an excellent performance/longevity ratio for professionals.
It is commonly used for:
- off-road trucks (expedition, assistance, construction)
- recovery or intervention vehicles
- agricultural or forestry machinery
- small construction machinery stuck on soft ground
Examples of use:
- An expedition truck stuck in sand can be recovered thanks to the dynamic sling's energy return.
- On a forestry site, a tractor bogged down in a wet area can be extracted more easily without generating violent shocks.
The flexibility of the rope also facilitates setup, even when anchor points are distant or difficult to access.
