Product details

Flexible and durable multi-strand polypropylene shock rope, available in both small and large diameters. A versatile elastic rope for lashing, tarpaulins, and all your fastening needs.

Multiflex polypropylene shock rope: the versatility of multi-strand rope

From 2 mm elastic cord to 12 mm shock rope, Multiflex adapts to a wide range of needs. What makes it special? A core made of several elastic strands, unlike conventional single-strand shock ropes.

This construction gives it great flexibility and good return strength, even in small diameters. Easier to coil and store, this shock rope remains pleasant to handle, even in its thickest versions.

Its woven polypropylene sheath offers an excellent compromise between lightweight, abrasion resistance, and affordability. A smart choice for both professionals and individuals looking for a reliable and economical shock rope.

A shock rope for both small and large jobs

Why stock multiple types when the same kind of shock rope can cover so many applications? Multiflex shock rope is suitable for both light fastening and more demanding lashing jobs:

  • 2 and 3 mm diameters: making small accessories, elastic ties, and light fastenings.
  • 4 mm diameter: securing tarpaulins, luggage, and small equipment.
  • 12 mm diameter: strapping and lashing equipment requiring a larger diameter shock rope.

With its good resistance to UV rays and abrasion, this polypropylene shock rope is also suitable for regular outdoor use.

However, for permanent marine exposure or particularly severe UV conditions, opt for a shock rope with a polyester sheath, such as Monoflex.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your most frequently asked questions for safe and effective use
