What size to choose for the rectangular hay net?

Take the dimensions of your feeder, trough, or hay rack.
The hay net must be at least the same length and width to completely cover the hay.
If you load a lot of hay and it extends above the hay rack, then the hay net must be sized accordingly.

For example:
You have a hay rack measuring 3m x 2m. Once loaded, the fodder extends 50cm in height.
Order a net measuring 3.50m x 2.50m.

Which mesh size to choose?

The mesh size to choose for the hay net depends on the intensity of slow feeding you want for your horses.
It is better to choose large meshes for a horse that is not used to a slow feeder.
Once the horse is accustomed to slow feeding, you can install a net with small meshes.
